CMR Alum to miss 6th straight CFL game

It wasn't that long ago that Dave Dickenson was named MVP of the CFL's Grey Cup. But now the BC Lions quarterback is as far away from the field as he was when he suffered a concussion on July 13. The former Montana Grizzly and CMR quarterback will miss a sixth straight game with post-concussion problems.
The BC Lions report that the 34-year-old has been jogging before practice and throwing briefly during it, but he still is yet to do much more. The Lions have also yet to set a timetable for Dickenson's return. With backup Buck Pierce also injured, BC is starting third string quarterback Jarius Jackson.
The Lions are 5-2-1 going into Week 10 of the CFL season. They play host to Montreal Friday, August 31.
