Debbie Mudd-Spranget

Debbie Mudd-Spranget, Account Executive for KHBB in Helena, has been involved in the media in Helena since 1979. She started her career at KCAP Radio as on-air talent, and realized that she wanted to get into the creative and sales part of the business. Debbie has worked in various aspects of broadcast media including radio and television, and has sold for the local newspaper.

She grew up in Clancy, Montana and attended Brown Institute School of Broadcasting in Minneapolis, MN.

Debbie is a member of the Helena Chamber of Commerce, winning the Volunteer of the Year Award in 2007 with her husband, Clark. She is also a 22 year board member of Farm in the Dell International and the Executive Committee of Festival of Trees for Intermountain. She has also been active in various local organizations and non-profits.

    UPDATE: Officials say the massive wildfire that has destroyed about 150 homes in north-central Washington is now more than half contained.The rain and hail that fell on Wednesday, wasn't enough to extinguish the nearly 400-square-mile Carlton Complex of fires, but it gave crews a chance to dig lines along the south and east parts. The fire is 52% contained.
