26-year-old Cammeron Bullshoe is set to make his initial appearance Tuesday afternoon in Cascade County District Court. According to court documents, Bullshoe faces 16 counts of felony sexual abuse of children and a felony count of intimidation.
Charging documents state that police took a report from a 12-year-old female, reporting that a person was harassing her and sending child pornography via Facebook. Bullshoe is accused of creating a fake profile depicting a juvenile girl named "Carly Jay."
According to the charging affidavit, the alleged victim received at least 15 child pornography images depicting prepubescent females engaging in sexual conduct with adult males. Detectives obtained consent to assume the young girl's identity where authorities allegedly saw a threatening message from "Carly Jay." The threatening message indicated that "Carly Jay" knew where the alleged victim went to school and the defendant would find her.
Documents state that authorities intervened and requested information from Facebook and Bresnan, obtaining an IP address, leading police to a home on Riverview Drive West. Bullshoe was found at this address and he agreed to talk to authorities.
Court documents indicate that Bullshoe admitted to sending child porn to the 12-year-old girl and that his "Carly Jay" Facebook profile was fake, used to sell anime. Bullshoe also allegedly confessed to threatening the young girl.
According to authorities, Bullshoe was charged with a sex offense by the FBI in Helena in December of 2010.
