Doctor Kermit Gosnell found guilty of first degree murder in the deaths of three babies.

He was acquitted in a fourth baby's death, and found guilty of involuntary manslaughter in the overdose death of an adult patient. Authorities say all of the babies were delivered alive and then killed with scissors at his Pennsylvania clinic.

Gosnell's also accused of performing hundreds of illegal, third-trimester abortions.  The jury will return Tuesday to hear evidence on whether he should get the death penalty.

Here's this week's question:

The law has made it clear these acts were inhumane, and illegal, but seeing that the doctor performed these procedures at the request of the mothers, should these women face charges, as well?

This question will be listed at the very top, be sure to "Like" our FOX 5 Facebook page, and tell us what you think! We'll feature your comments on Thursday night's show.
