Amber Alert Cancelled for Polson Child

Posted: Updated:

An amber alert has been cancelled for a 2-year-old Polson toddler. An amber alert was issued for two-year-old who was reportedly taken from her home Saturday night. Polson Police Chief Wade Nash says the girl was found with 34-year-old Jamie Lynn Finley in a home in Sanders County. Nash says Finley assaulted the girl's mother at a Polson home and took the girl by force late Saturday. Finley, the girl's aunt, has been taken into custody. Nash says the child is in the care of the Montana Department of Family Services.
