Former Gov. Schweitzer Named Stillwater Mine Chairman

In addition to his new responsibilities, former Governor Schweitzer is still the frontrunner for the Democratic party to possibly fill Max Baucus's senate seat In 2014 with the announcement of Baucus' upcoming retirement.
    

Schweitzer says he can balance both positions, but this coming month will be devoted to business at Stillwater.
    

The former governor one of four individuals elected to Stillwater's board on May 2nd.  As Board Chairman, he will replace Frank McCallister who served as chairman and CEO.
