Tickets are on sale now for the 20th annual Garden Walk. Tickets are $10 each and are available at a number of locations around town including the Paris Gibson Square Museum of Art and the Flower Farm. The Garden Walk is a two day event starting June 21. It's a self-guided tour where you get a behind the scenes glance at some of the top secret oases in Great Falls and learn from the master gardeners that built them.
Tracy Houck, Executive Director at the Paris Gibson Square Museum of Art, says, "it gives people a chance to visit artists who are gardeners in their backyards and share tips and ideas and people can go home in their own backyard with the tools and the skill sets to make it happen".
There are 6 gardens being featured this year: 4 privately owned and 2 community gardens. For the first time maps will be available on the museum's Facebook page and web site. However, do not show up early at the gardens and you must have your ticket to enter. The annual Garden Walk proceeds benefit the Square Museum helping them offer a variety of classes and scholarship programs.
