Men Charged With Intent Distribute Drugs Make Initial Appearances

Two men made their initial court appearances this afternoon and were charged with distribution of illegal drugs a felony. Thirty-seven-year-old Great Falls resident Levi Michael  Bierwiler was charged with felony possession with the intent to distribute. His bail is set at $10,000. Twenty-year-old Billings resident Alex Lee Brandt was charged with conspiracy to distribute a felony. His bail is set at $5,000.   The two men were arrested east of Great Falls near Belt late Saturday afternoon. The men were allegedly transporting marijuana from Billings to Great Falls to sell.
