A New York judge tosses out three lawsuits against former Elmo puppeteer, Kevin Clash. The men were suing Clash for alleged underage sexual abuse. The federal judge says the claims come more than six years after each man reasonably should have become aware of Clash's alleged violations and more than three years after each turned 18. There is one other lawsuit pending. Clash resigned from "Sesame Street" last November.

And staying on top of the box office for a second straight week, "Monsters University" took in another $46 million, bringing its 10 day total to $170 million.    The Sandra Bullock, Melissa McCarthy buddy-cop comedy "The Heat" had a strong debut, coming in second with $40 million.
