UPDATE: Crews Rescue Woman From The Spokane River

UPDATE: On Thursday morning crews rescued a woman from the Spokane River who was stuck at the flood gate by Riverfront Park. At one point she appeared to be eating debris from the river. The rescue proved to be challenging for rescue crews because the victim wouldn't respond or corporate with their instructions. At this hour the woman's identity is unknown. We'll post more details as we get them.
