Bjorklund Shares Basketball Knowledge Through Camps

Updated:

Want to learn basketball from a professional? Look no further than former University High School standout Angie Bjorklund.

Bjorklund was named the Gatorade Player of the Year for the state of Washington in 2006-07. She then attended the University of Tennessee and went on to play for the Chicago Sky of the WNBA. Bjorklund has also played in Israel and France.

Now, she hosts a summer camp to pass on the skills and knowledge that she has accumulated. Bjorklund's last camp session is this Friday and Saturday for girls ages 11-13. The camp begins at 4:00 p.m. on Friday and there is still space available for walk-ups.

If you can't make it to the camp, Bjorklund also does team clinics for both AAU and school squads. You can find all the information at her website here.
