A Spokane Washington man made an appearance in a Great Falls courtroom for alleged interstate drug transactions. Perry Menghini is facing one felony charge of criminal possession of dangerous drugs with intent to distribute. According to charging documents Menghini had been traveling from Spokane to Great Falls to sell four ounces of cocaine. The amount of cocaine has a street value of approximately 25,000 dollars. Reportedly he told police that if released he would plan on returning to Washington. Other than his alleged activities in great falls, Menghini has no reported ties to the community. His bond was set at 100,000 dollars and the state feels that he is a significant flight risk.
