Jordan Graham Released

MISSOULA -

Thursday, a federal judge ordered a 22-year-old Kalispell woman accused of pushing her husband off a cliff, released before her next court hearing.

Graham is accused, but not charged, of killing her newly wed husband, 25-year-old Cody Lee Johnson in July.

FBI agent testimony at Wednesday's hearing says on July 16, five days after Johnson's body was found in Glacier, Graham admitted to agents she had fabricated earlier stories that her husband disappeared with mysterious friends and instead told them she pushed him off a cliff.
