The University of Great Falls Named Military Friendly

The University of Great Falls has been honored by being awarded as a 2014 military friendly school. Victory Media, a popular media entity for military personal transitioning to civilian life have given the Great Falls University the distinction due to the approximate number of military related students at the University of Great Falls. University President Dr. Eugene McAllister is pleased to have his university join such a list. "Oh it is absolutely terrific especially with Malmstrom. We love that Malmstrom service men and women come to the university to get their degrees many of their spouses come here, work here. It's really important for us to be on this list. We are very pleased to be on this list," says McAllister. The military friendly schools distinction is given to many schools around the country and Montana now has a total of 12 colleges and university's that hold such a title.  According to University of Great Falls President the military population makes up about 10% of their student population.
