Posted: Updated:

This past weekend marked the 15th anniversary of the Montana Children's Museum in downtown Great Falls. "Its a very exciting day for the Children's Museum, we turn 15. and to celebrate that 15thbirthday we have opened a new exhibit the Junior League Country Market. Very very fun space. Put together completely designed, built paid for by the Junior League," explains Executive Director Sandier Wright. The new exhibit was apart of the Junior League's new member service hour program. "This is real awesome to see all our volunteer hours and all of the communities contributions to this project come to fruition," says Junior League Membership Director Michele Levine. The Junior League had plenty of help from the community on this project. "A long list of community folks involved in this project including Amazing Toys, Home Depot, Colombia Paints, Trishinson Construction, the Pinski Family, John Maddison Lumber and others," says Levine.

The museum will spend the rest of the day celebrating it's birthday with lots of fun party games. "We have half price admission we have lots of really fun carnival actives, face painting, we are giving away goldfish which parents kind of turned their nose up to, but the kids really like it. we are serving cake and juice to celebrate the museum's 15th birthday," adds Wright.
