Governor Bullock Visits Great Falls

Governor Steve Bullock was in Great Falls today visiting with the Montana Electric Co-op Association which is based here in the electric city. At the 52nd annual Montana Electric Co-op Association gathering Governor Bullock came to the Heritage Inn to join as a keynote speaker during today's session of the three day Montana Electric Co-op summit meeting.

The Governor was taking the time to talk about some of his policy and field any questions and concerns folks might have. "You know the co-op's serve an incredible roll all across the state. Their powering our communities, their helping drives jobs and I wanted to be here and talk to them about some of their issues and thank them for their hard work," says Governor Bullock. THE Governor has a very busy schedule as he visited Great Falls today, after visiting the M.E.C.A. lunch meeting. Bullock stopped in to visit with some of Great Falls military veterans and tour a few of our local schools before heading back to Helena.

    ATHOL, Idaho - After a thorough investigation into the fire that closed a portion of Silverwood Theme Park last weekend, investigators with the Timberlake Fire Protection District say it was most likely an improperly discarded cigarette that started the fire.
    ATHOL, Idaho - After a thorough investigation into the fire that closed a portion of Silverwood Theme Park last weekend, investigators with the Timberlake Fire Protection District say it was most likely an improperly discarded cigarette that started the fire. The fire happened on August 24th, around 2:00pm in a restroom at the Boulder Beach Water park. The water park was evacuated while crews worked to put the flames out.
