An Elderly Women Was Sent to Benefis Hospital Today After a Car Crash

Posted: Updated:

An elderly woman is currently hospitalized after the car she was driving plowed into another vehicle that stopped in front of her.

The unidentified woman was rushed to Benefis Hospital just after noon today following the accident at 10th Avenue and 13th Street.

Witnesses say the vehicle that was hit was stopped at red light when the car driven by the victim apparently failed to slow down. The driver of the black car had no injuries. A third car was slightly damaged in the accident as well, but the female driver of that car and her infant were also uninjured.
