Posted: Updated:

The top 12 "X Factor" acts will perform live Wednesday night, and for the first time this season, America will get to decide who goes home.

Want to own a piece of Oprah?  The media mogul will be auctioning off personal items including workout equipment, furniture and art from some of her residences this weekend.  Proceeds will go to the Oprah Winfrey Leadership Academy Foundation College Fund.

Kanye West has run into a bit of bad luck lately.  The rapper had to postpone part of his "Yeezus" tour when the truck that was carrying a key piece of set equipment crashed, damaging the gear.   And West and fiancee Kim Kardashian have filed suit against YouTube co-founder Chad Hurley for posting video of Kanye's marriage proposal.

And the trailer for the fifth installment of the "X-Men" franchise, "Days of Future Past," is out, reuniting the original mutants with their younger selves in an attempt to avoid future disaster.

And that's your Entertainment Update!
