Shawn Johnson Special Teams POTW

The Bobcats escaped from Northern Colorado with a 35-28 victory on Saturday, and one particular player, who took home some player of the week hardware, was a big reason why.

For the second time this season Shawn Johnson earned the Big Sky Special Teams player of the week for his performance against the Bears.  Johnson had a 99 yard kickoff return for a touchdown which was his second this season.  Johnson also had a rushing touchdown as well to go along with 254 yards of total offense for the Cats. 

Johnson is averaging 33.4 yards a kick return.  That is good for fourth in the nation.
