Today is National Small Toy Store Day

With Veterans Day around the corner and today also being National Independent Toy Shop day and local toy store Amazing Toys is honoring both veterans and toys in an event today in downtown Great Falls. To celebrate National Independent Toy Store day, Amazing Toys has several shows for the kids to enjoy. One of which is a magician. Owner of Amazing Toys says with all the large named stores people sometimes forget about the mom and pop shop that sell items as well as those big names.

"The American Specialty Toy Retail Association, it's our 3rd year of having a day to get people to understand that there are small independent toy stores around our country that maybe deserve our attention during the holiday season," says store owner Dave Campbell.

This weekend also happens to be Veterans Day weekend and from now until Veterans Day on Monday military members get 25% off at in Amazing Toys store when they show their military ID That deal extends to all veterans as a thank you for their service.
