Helena PD looking for vandalism suspects

In Helena during the month of October the Helena Police Department is reporting that their was a much higher than normal number of criminal mischief incidents and they are in need of more information in search of suspects.

Large number of vehicle, businesses, and residential windows were damaged by suspects shooting them with either a BB Gun or pellet gun. There were also calls regarding window damages not specifically caused by these guns, in addition there has been a high report of vehicle break ins in the Helena area, all in the month of October.

The Helena Police Department is in need of the publics help to find who is doing these crimes. Citizens can either call Crimestoppers at (406) 443-2000 or the Helena Police Department at (406) 447-8479.

    According to the Lewis and Clark County Sheriff's Facebook page, at least one hunter has gone missing in the Lincoln area.  The Sheriff's Office is working with the Lincoln Volunteer Fire Department and Search and Rescue Crews to help locate the hunter.  We will keep you updated as more information becomes available.
