Local Skier Ranked 3rd in the World

ABC Montana's Emily Scarlett speaks with Kendra Owen.  She is the aunt of Heather McPhie who is ranked third in the world for free-style mogul skiing.  Her aunt tells ABC Montana about the journey to becoming a globally recognized athlete, despite various obstacles including being a woman in a predominately male sport.  Currently, McPhie is training for the Qualifying World Cups, in hopes of being able to compete in the upcoming Winter Olympics.

The search warrant was part of an investigation involving multiple burglaries and trafficking of stolen property, and yielded many stolen items, including air compressors, wielding equipment, a bag of yarn, and miscellaneous tools.

    SPOKANE, Wash. - She's accused of killing three Spokane prostitutes back in 1990, but new court records released Monday show that Donna Perry (formerly Douglas Perry) told a cellmate she actually killed nine.
    SPOKANE, Wash. - She's accused of killing three Spokane prostitutes back in 1990, but new court records released Monday show that Donna Perry (formerly Douglas Perry) told a cellmate she actually killed nine. A Spokane Police spokesperson told KHQ's Kelsey Watts that the investigation into Perry isn't over and that police are looking into any possible links to other unsolved murder cases.
