What started out as a quiet day before thanksgiving turned into chaos when shots were fired outside of Gold's Gym this afternoon in Missoula.

Karl Raefer King was working out when he saw the suspect outside the window. He explains, "I thought he was a bum who had been drinking because he was flopping around.. I see three or four cops come up and I knew it was something."

Sheriff's officials say an undercover Missoula police officer approached the suspect as part of a drug investigation when the suspect shot. The officer returned fired and shot the suspect.

Officials say the men in the hospital do not have life threatening injuries. They say another possible suspect is still at large.
