FOX Montana's Entertainment Update 12-3

Posted: Updated:

Vin Diesel paid tribute to his late "Fast and Furious" co-star Paul Walker, Monday night. Following a private service, the action star paid an emotional visit to the makeshift memorial,  set up at the site where Walker was killed.   Diesel picked up a police loud speaker to eulogize his friend and thank Walker's fans for their support.

Ben Stiller has finally made his mark on Hollywood. The comic actor added his feet and hand prints to the cement outside of Tinseltown's famed Chinese Theater, Tuesday.

Josh Brolin and Diane Lane's divorce has been finalized. The couple were married for eight years before separating in February.  Brolin entered rehab last month for issues with alcohol.

Halle Berry is taking a turn behind the camera. The Oscar winning actress will exec-produce a mini-series on Africa's infamous military commander Hannibal Barca for the History Channel.

The red carpet was rolled out for the premiere of "The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug," Monday night.   According to actor-slash-goblin Manu Bennett, the green screen process is not as easy as it looks.

Bennett says: "You are not working with any other actors. You are having to make up the whole incredible landscape in your head whilst you sit on a pommel horse which is meant to be a giant wolf and there are guys pushing you around and Peter Jackson is saying there is a giant tree in front of you and they are throwing fiery pine cones at you."

And 33-year-old rocker Chris Daughtry is already on his fourth studio album with his namesake band "Daughtry." The album is dubbed "Baptized" and he says they tried to do things differently on this one, but fans should still expect it to be signature "Daughtry."  While doing the promotional rounds for the album, he showed his sense of humor on Jimmy Kimmel Live, performing the ballad of Rob Ford about the Toronto mayor. Chris says he likes people to see he can be funny.

And that's your Entertainment Update!
