Graham Update: Prosecutors Say They Can Prove Intent

Posted: Updated:

U.S. District Attorneys say they'll be calling a FBI Forensic Examiner to the stand in Graham's trial. That expert performed DNA  tests of four hairs found a piece of cloth 1,000 feet downstream from the body of Graham's husband, 25-year-old Cody Johnson.

In court documents filed today, the examiner says Johnson "could not be excluded as the origin of three of those four hairs."

The blindfold theory is one of prosecutors' key arguments that Graham went to the park with the intention to kill her husband.   Graham, who pleaded not guilty to charges of first degree murder,  second degree murder, and making a false statement, is scheduled to go on trial this coming Monday.
