How to Prep for This Years Ski Season

You may be mentally ready for ski season, but your body may not be. To avoid injuries this year you better make sure you are prepped before you hit the slopes.

Fit Life Training owner, Suzy Albano, teaches classes at Oz Fitness, and says the important part is to prepare your muscles.

And her classes do just that, she helps you get your legs and glutes into exceptional shape.

But that's not all, Albano also says she teaches strength, balance, and flexibility.

She explains, "The balance aspect of it is really important, also for skiing, because you're shifting from side to side and terrain of the snow will change. So just having that leg strength and knowledge of where your body is."

Albano says core strength is extremely important as well, because that's what controls your movement.
