New Evidence is Brought Forward in the Jordan Graham Trial

Posted: Updated:

It is already day three of the Jordan Graham trial, and prosecutors are not holding back. Today law enforcement described the evidence they collected where her husband, Cody Johnson's body was found in Glacier National Park.

Witnesses called to the stand presented three main points prosecutors hope will convince the jury that Graham set out to kill her husband, contrary to her claim, that they got into a fight, and she accidentally pushed him to his death.

First to the stand was Flathead County Deputy Coroner, Richard Sine, who says he found a piece of black cloth near Johnson's body that prosecutors are trying to prove was a blindfold.

Next, a series of Johnson's friends took the stand, saying how unlikely it was Johnson would go to Glacier and that he would hike a trial near a cliff.

Last but not least, a series of three witnesses, including Graham's step-father Steve Rutledge, testified that Johnson told them at church the morning of his death, that graham was planning a "big surprise" for him later in the day. But by the end of the evening, Johnson told the three, the surprise still hadn't happened. Images introduced later in the day, showed Johnson and Graham entering the park around 9:15.

Tune in tonight at 10. We will have more information as the trial unfolds.
