Lady Griz Fall at Home to Temple, Move to 7-2

The Lady Griz lost 61-52 at home Saturday night to Temple.  The Montana women were off to their best start of the season since the 2006-2007 season but suffered their 2nd home defeat of the year. The Temple Owls who have now beaten the Lady Griz in back to back seasons.

With the win, the Owls move to 5-2 on the season. Meanwhile, the Lady Griz move to 7-2. The Lady Griz will look to rebound on December 17 when they travel to play Wyoming.

    ENTIAT, Wash. - A burn out operation is planned for Tuesday morning in an effort to establish a secure line in the bottom of the canyon where the Mills Canyon Fire is burning. Burning material rolling downhill and igniting spot fires on the north side of Swakane Canyon have caused concerns and indicate a vulnerability to a fire escape and repeatedly expose firefighters to very steep terrain and rolling material.
