St. Vincent de Paul Gets Help from the Community

Posted: Updated:

Several Great Falls organizations were out today helping with the St. Vincent de Paul's Christmas drive which gifted those in need with Christmas presents and food. The Christmas drive was held at the Paddock Club at the Expo Park today and many people showed up to participate in the event. The Boy Scouts of America Troop 1 and the Great Falls Masons organization were some of the organizations that showed up to volunteer with St. Vincent de Paul.

"We couldn't have done it without the communities support, these were all donations that were made by the community and organizations in Montana. We are giving out food baskets and gift baskets to families that are in need," says Jan Cameron, St. Vincent de Paul Co-Manager.

All of the hard work of the volunteers helped to gift almost one hundred families with holiday with joy this year says the St. Vincent de Paul staff. They add that they could not have helped so many people without the kindness of the many volunteers.
