Weather Chef: Key Lime Pie

1 ½ Cups Graham Cracker Crumbs

1/3 Cup Sugar

6 Tablespoons Butter

2 – 14oz Cans of Sweetened Condensed Milk

¾ Cup Key Lime Juice

2/3 Cup Sour Cream

Lime Zest




1) Preheat the oven to 375 F.

2) Mix graham cracker crumbs, butter and sugar and press into a 9-inch pie pan.

3) Bake for 7 minutes, remove the crust to cool and lower oven temp to 350 F.

4) Mix sweetened condensed milk, lime juice, sour cream and lime zest.

5) Pour filling into cooled crust and bake for 10 minutes.

6) Let pie cool then refrigerate at least a few hours.
