GREAT FALLS -

Great Falls Police responding to a 2 car accident last night a little after 9 PM on the corner of 2nd Avenue and 25th Street North causing one car to collide with a tree.

According to one witness, he came out of his house after he heard an ongoing car horn and found a silver car in drive at the base of the tree with no one inside.

Officer's tell us when they arrived on scene they too found silver vehicle unoccupied and suspect the diver may have fled with a wound due to the presence of blood in the car.

Great Falls Police and Fire both say one male was sent to Benefis hospital complaining of chest pains.

There is no word yet as to what might have caused the accident in the first place.
