Campaign Season Update

The campaign season now in full swing and more candidates including Republican Senator Matt Rosendale  stopping by the Capitol today to make their run official.

Candidates from all over the state continued today to file their paperwork with the Secretary of States Office, and the number of candidates keeps growing. A total of 155 candidates have filed by today 61 Democratic party filings, and 85 Republican. Today Senator Matt Rosendale Republican from Glendive officially filed his application for candidacy to run for U.S. Congress, and says it was important for his campaign to make this trip to Capitol city.

"If you are going to be successful you are going to have to work hard at it so as you can see we have put together a team that we are going to travel around the entire state and make sure that we spread this word and make sure that people have access to us to discuss the issues that are important to them." said Matt Rosendale.
