Update on the Search for Dale Brownlow

Posted: Updated:

Lewis and Clark County Officials are talking about continuing plans to the search for Dale Brownlow. The search for Dale Brownlow, a 52 year old wildlife biologist from Denver will continue. He is believed by Lewis and Clark County Sheriff's Office to be missing in the Helena National Forest. Sheriff Leo Dutton says a meeting was held Friday to discuss searching for Brownlow in another two areas.

"We developed two areas, search areas and Saturday January 18th we are going to search some of the southern exposures of Sawtooth Mountain. And look in that area, that's off of Hunters Gulch," says Sheriff Leo Dutton.

Sheriff Dutton says due to the snow and ice there are still several areas in which they can not search yet, but he would like to thank all those supporting the search efforts as they continue looking for Brownlow.
