Caffeine May Boost Memory

Posted: Updated:

Researchers at John's Hopkin's University found that two hundred milligrams of caffeine, which is approximately the same amount found in a cup of coffee, increased their subject's memory twenty four hours later.

One hundred and sixty young and healthy participants studied a series of images and then took two hundred milligrams of caffeine. The next day, the participants were able to identify the images from the day before with more accuracy than they did without caffeine.
