The Navy Has Been Caught Cheating

Posted: Updated:
Montana -

From our Air Force and now to our Navy, the cheating scandals just keep on coming. As of last night, approximately 30 sailors are under investigation for cheating on a test at the Navy's Nuclear Reactor School in Charleston.

According to the Navy's top admiral, the investigation began after one of their sailors reported his colleagues had cheated on a written exam. One that qualifies them to be instructors and also includes classified information.

Admiral John Richardson, director of the Naval Nuclear Propulsion Program, says  "The training reactors were shut down for routine maintenance when we learned of this incident. The training command has ensured that all personnel implicated in this so far have been removed from the site."

This scandal is one of many. Just yesterday at the White House, an army general testified that hundreds of national guard recruiters have defrauded the government of at least $30-million in illegal recruiting bonuses.

These two investigations, on top of the one we are holding here at Malmstorm are still ongoing  and could easily take months to complete.
