Opposing Sides Argue Over Stacey Rambold's Controversial Sentencing

One case that caught the eye of many around the nation was the controversial sentencing of Stacey Rambold.

He was convicted of raping his 14-year old student, but only served 30 days in prison. But prosecutors do not think that's enough, and want him to serve at least four years behind bars.

Montana's Judicial Standards Commission say Judge G. Todd Baugh, who made the original sentence, should be censured for imposing an unlawful sentence and blaming the juvenile victim.

However Rambold's attorneys say his 30 day sentencing was enough, and has filed papers today with the state supreme court arguing for the original sentence.
