Chris Pine pleaded guilty in a New Zealand court, Monday, to charges of drinking and driving. The "Star Trek" actor was sentenced to a small fine and 6 month driver's license suspension. Pine was pulled over shortly after leaving the wrap party for his upcoming sci-fi flick, "Z for Zachariah", March 1st.

Officers responded to L'Wren Scott's eleventh avenue apartment shortly after ten o'clock Monday morning where they found her hanging from a scarf.

She was pronounced dead on arrival, and a medical examiner will now determine her official cause of death.

Scott has been romantically linked to the Rolling Stones front-man for more than a decade.

The water park was evacuated while crews worked to put the flames out.
