    According to scanner traffic, around 9:00 Sunday evening a raft overturned in the Missouri River, causing several people to go into the water.  It is unclear at this time how the raft flipped, or how many people were in it. All passengers but one were able to get back into the raft safely; scanner traffic indicates the one who couldn't get back in was able to swim to an island. As of 9:45pm, multiple units had responded to the Black Eagle Dam area. All those involved refused me...
