Bear Hunting Seminar at Scheels

Posted: Updated:
GREAT FALLS -

Bear hunting season is right around the corner and Scheels held a seminar to help prepare Montana's planning to hunt black bears in April. Scheels has invited expert hunter Kirk Clark to speak to a packed audience of both experienced and new black bear hunters here in the treasure state. As the guest speaker, Clark was happy to share his knowledge in order for eager hunters to get the most out of their spring time hunt.

"You know this seminar was put together with Scheels, it's designed to help people go out, even people who have been bear hunting before. It's designed to take people from the success level they are currently at to a higher success level, it is designed to improve their outdoor experience," says Kirk Clark.

The black bear spring rifle hunting season starts this April 15th. Anyone looking to join in on the upcoming hunting season is encouraged to get your license with Montana Fish, Wildlife and Parks.
