A fourteen year old from Dublin, California is facing three charges of intimidation after three bomb threats were called into Helena schools this week.
Police Chief Troy McGee says the teenager was arrested yesterday after the Lewis and Clark County Sheriff's Office, along with the FBI and Department of Homeland Security were able to track him down.
He is at this time being charged in youth court, and the teen reportedly told investigators that he talked about the threats while playing online games with a Helena High student.
Yesterday's threat led to the evacuation of close to 9,000 students and staff members, and canceled the school day.
No explosives were found after inspections at all locations.
