341st Missile Wing Gets New Commander

Posted: Updated:

Less than a week after Col. Robert Stanley announced his retirement from the Air Force, Malmstrom Air Force base has a new commander for the 341st Missile Wing.

Col. Tom Wilcox is now the Commander of the 341st, which was recently rocked by multiple scandals.

Here's a little bit of background information on Col. Wilcox.

He's a 1991 distinguished graduate of the Reserve Officer Program at Louisiana Tech.

He's worked in the office of the Secretary of Defense, completed a year long tour in Iraq and served for the Air Force Global Strike Command in Louisiana.

ABC FOX Montana's military reporter Taylor Thompson will be meeting and speaking with Col. Wilcox Thursday afternoon about his plans for the 341st Missile Wing. We'll have much more tomorrow night on ABC FOX Montana News.
