Cats Excited Triangle Classic Weekend.

Posted: Updated:

The Cats are coming! The Cats are coming! Bobcat Nation is primed to take over Great Falls this weekend with the annual Triangle Classic Banquet and Scrimmage.

The festivities get underway on Friday with the banquet at Montana Expo Park. NCAA President Mark Emmert will serve as the keynote speaker. The social starts at six and dinner will be served at seven. There are also several awesome items being auctioned off with proceeds helping to provide scholarships to future Montana State Students. Cats head coach Rob Ash his a big fan of the event.

"The people in Great Falls are absolutely astonishing. The amount of time they put into the Triangle Classic, both the banquet and the game is just amazing. They truly love their Bobcats and the financial support that we get from this weekend really makes a huge difference for our entire year," Ash says.

On Saturday, fans will be able to see the Ash's team in action. The Bobcats will scrimmage starting at 1:30 at Memorial Stadium. Beforehand, kids can participate in a football and cheerleading skills clinic at the Paris Gibson Gymnasium. Cost is $10, and you can show up a little before the scheduled 10 a.m. start to register your child if need be.
