GREAT FALLS -

Today is the annual consortium of museums Sunday Sampler. A day for Great Falls families to visit our museums for free.

"Everybody offers to give at their museums or at their facility," says Sandie Edwards.

The city of Great Falls has become a treasure hunt as families participate in this years museum Sunday Sampler.

"It's a Sunday Sampler the Great Falls Museum Consortium we get together one time a year and we offer free admission to everybody so it's a really fun day for families to get out and enjoy all that Great Falls has to offer," adds Edwards.

For Sandie Edwards curator of the Children's Museum this is her 8th Sunday Sampler and in those 8 years she has seen many changes, all of which are fun for the family.

"You know we have had the 2nd floor open for some time we do have a new exhibit up there which is really fun it's the Junior League grocery store, that group did an amazing job coming in a building that for us," says Edwards.

This year there were 10 different museums for folks to visit and try and win prizes by answering correctly the questions at each museum.

"A lot of people don't realize that there are 10 facilities in great falls right outside Great Falls that are participating this year. It's such a great day for families and learn to play and learn together, not just at the Children's Museum but at all the different museums," says Edwards.

If you didn't participate in this years Sunday Sampler there is always next years one to bring the family out for some family fun.
