Boyland Does Not Appear In Court, Warrant Issued

GREAT FALLS -

After Friday's car chase a Great Falls man is facing eight charges, including criminal endangerment and eluding a police officer.  His initial appearance was scheduled for today, but he was a no show.

Police say Matthew Boyland is a habitual traffic offender.  According to court documents, during Friday's chase, he was driving a vehicle with expired registration and plates assigned to another vehicle.  

The judge handed out a new charge today for not showing up to court.
