It wasn't just Great Falls celebrating Easter as children in Helena were gathered around the Capital front lawn this morning for the popular activity of the day in the annual Helena Easter Egg Hunt.
The egg hunt was open to all children from ages one through ten. The Eagles Local 16 boiled and dyed all of the eggs on the front lawn, and has done so for the past eighty-four years!
Once the buzzer went off it was a mad house for the children hunting the eggs, some eggs were worth money and prizes and there were even gold eggs worth twenty five dollars.
This year's hunt was a success for all who participated, and the kids love the rush to go get themselves those eggs.
