SPOKANE COUNTY, Wash. - Up at the Harvest House in Green Bluff, things are a little dryer than it has been the past couple of years. Spokane is about .42 inches below the normal rainfall for the month of April, and almost 3 inches below for the entire season.

However, April, May and June are very active months, with lots of rainfall on average. So there is a very good chance that once the Spring and early Summer months are over, Spokane could be right at average precipitation.

Todd Beck who owns the Harvest House isn't really concerned. But the weather might effect his crops.

"As of right now, I think we are looking for a little bit earlier bloom than the last couple of years, which means all your fruit throughout the season is going to be a little earlier than last year. maybe a week or so earlier."

Can't wait to get picking? Raspberries should be ready by the 4th of July, and cherries about a week after that
