Seth Meyers is doing something right. Recently picked as Jimmy Fallon's "Late Night' replacement and named in Time Magazine's list of the World's 100 Most Influential People, the former Saturday Night Live star was just announced as the host of the 2014 Emmy Awards, airing this August.

New music from Mariah Carey! The singer and former American Idol judge told Billboard Magazine that she'll be "surprise-dropping" an album in the near future.

Walking the red carpet for the premiere of "The Amazing Spider-Man 2", Thursday night, star Andrew Garfield admitted he's a life-long fan of the web-slinging superhero.

Bryan Singer has broken his silence about the sexual abuse allegations made against him last week, calling the claims, "outrageous, malicious, and completely false". The "X-Men: Days of Future Past" director said he won't be doing any publicity for his film so as not to divert attention from its debut.

And Katy Perry went deep undercover for her latest music video. The pop princess had some pretty detailed disguises to crash parties for her single, "Birthday".

And that's your Entertainment Update.
