GREAT FALLS -

The next step in the Democratic U.S. Senate race as Great Falls and Benefis hospital played host to the Democratic Senate Primary Debate that saw all three candidates address several public questions. Benefis Health System's Cameron Auditorium squeezed in a sizable crowd of local folks all eager to have their questions answered by Senate candidates incumbent John Walsh, former Montana Lieutenant Governor John Bohlinger and rancher Dirk Adams in the afternoon debate.

"it's very important because Montana will make a decision who represents them in Washington DC both in June and November," says Walsh. "This election is about you the people of Montana. we are farmers, we are ranchers, we are small business people," says Bolinger. "Montana has a bright and shiny future if we remember why we are all here and who we all are," adds Adams.

This is the final debate scheduled before the contest is officially set, all the candidates need to get through the June 3 Primary Election. Ballots for that primary will go out Monday. The Republican party has no Primary Debate of their own scheduled.
