Helena Tennis Tournament Provides Preview for State

HELENA - After an eventful two days the state-wide Helena tennis tournament has come to an end. Hundreds of matches were played in what is more or less a state preview, along with a chance for the athletes to check out competition they normally wouldn't be able to. 

Plenty of champions were named through the tournament, here are confirmed champions:

Boys Singles #1 Champion: Lane Ryerson - Helena High

Boys Doubles #1 Champions: Andrew Hance & Robbie Pike - Bozeman 

Girls Singles #1 Champion: Lindsay Martinez - CMR
Girls Singles #2 Champion: Madison Shea - Bozeman
Girls Singles #3 Champion: Cora Hentschell - Billings West

    62-year-old Glenn Wilkerson is being charged with aggravated DUI, DUI and careless driving Last night right before midnight the Great Falls Police Department responded to a crash on the 9th Street bridge. GFPD tell us that it was a 4 car crash in the southbound lanes with a 10-year-old and a 5-year-old in one of the vehicles. There were injuries reported but GFPD does not know the extent of the injuries. GFPD tells us that more charges could come depending on the investigation....

The Missouri River is expected to crest at 17 feet, a height that matches the historic crest of 1953, as early as the afternoon on Thursday, June 20th, and is expected to last at least into late Friday, June 21st. If you live on or near Woodland Estates Road and the Country Club area of Great Falls, prepare for flooding now.

    After a careful review of the evidence and witness testimony, prosecutors concluded the investigation could not conclusively determine who shot whom, or in what order the shots were fired.  Thus, there is no way to prove, beyond a reasonable doubt, who actually fired the shot(s) that killed any of the decedents.
