Latest on Saturday Fatal Near Hays

GREAT FALLS - An update from late last night as new information being released on a fatal car accident that took place Saturday in Blaine County near Hays.

Montana Highway Patrol saying that the accident occurred shortly after 1pm on Montana Highway 66 at Mile Marker 31.
    
They say it was a one vehicle accident, and that one is dead and two others were injured. The ages of those in the vehicle were two males ages 24 and 26, and one female age 19. The driver is at this time unconfirmed.
    
MHP says that the vehicle was in the left lane when it went on the shoulder and drove through an approach and went airborne.
    
All of the vehicle's occupants were ejected, and nobody was wearing a seatbelt.

MHP believes that alcohol was a factor in the accident, they also say the roads were wet. The accident is still under investigation, we will have more information as soon as it develops.

The water park was evacuated while crews worked to put the flames out.
